Security Overview

CoastPix uses layered administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect Studio and Client data. No system is completely secure, and this overview is not a certification or guarantee.

Safeguard Areas

  • Encrypted HTTPS connections and restricted service credentials.
  • Authentication, role-based application access, tenant-scoped access, and database row-level security.
  • Private object storage and authorized or signed media delivery.
  • Security, support-access, and material financial audit events where implemented.
  • Rate limiting, secure request handling, dependency management, backups, recovery, and incident response appropriate to the Service.
  • Provider review and access removal when access is no longer required.

Studio Responsibilities

  • Use unique credentials and available multifactor authentication.
  • Limit team roles and promptly remove departed users.
  • Configure gallery access for the sensitivity of the Content and protect shared links.
  • Maintain independent backups of original photographs.
  • Secure connected accounts and report suspicious activity promptly.

Report A Security Issue

Send a private report to support@coastpix.com with the affected URL or feature, a description of the issue, and safe reproduction details. Do not access other users' data, disrupt the Service, use social engineering, or publicly disclose an unresolved vulnerability.
