Intimate Image Removal Policy
Last Updated: July 20, 2026 · Version 2026-07-beta.1
CoastPix prohibits nonconsensual intimate visual depictions, including covered digitally created or altered depictions. A depicted person or authorized representative may submit a removal request whether or not they have a CoastPix account.
Submit A Request
Email support@coastpix.com with the subject “Urgent Intimate Image Removal Request.” Include reliable contact information, each affected CoastPix URL or identifier, the depicted person's identity, the requester's authority if different, and a signed statement that the depiction was published without consent and the information supplied is accurate.
Do not attach or upload another copy of the intimate image when the CoastPix URL or identifier is enough to locate it.
CoastPix Response
CoastPix will assign a case identifier, restrict access as appropriate, preserve only necessary evidence, and escalate the request. For a valid request covered by applicable law, CoastPix will remove or disable access to the reported depiction and make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies within 48 hours.
Emergencies And Minors
Reports involving a minor, exploitation, trafficking, extortion, imminent danger, or apparent child sexual abuse material receive immediate escalation. Do not download, copy, or redistribute suspected unlawful material. Contact emergency services when someone is in immediate danger.
Abuse And Appeals
Knowingly false or abusive reports are prohibited. CoastPix may provide a narrow appeal that does not delay legally required removal. Sensitive requester information will not be disclosed unnecessarily.
