Beta Program Addendum

This addendum supplements the CoastPix Terms of Service for Studios participating in the CoastPix Beta.
Beta Nature
Beta features are still being evaluated and may be incomplete, changed, restricted, suspended, or withdrawn. Labels, calculations, integrations, exports, mobile behavior, storage behavior, documentation, and availability may change. A preview, roadmap item, or test feature is not a commitment to release it.
Review Before Reliance
The Studio must independently review contracts, invoices, calculations, tax settings, reports, imported records, AI or OCR suggestions, schedules, and Client communications before relying on or sending them. Financial features remain subject to the Financial Information Disclaimer.
Data And Backups
The Studio must retain independent backups of original photographs and other irreplaceable records. CoastPix will use reasonable efforts to protect Beta data but does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every Beta record will always be recoverable.
Feedback And Publicity
Feedback is voluntary and may be used by CoastPix without payment. CoastPix will not publicly use a Studio's name, logo, testimonial, private galleries, or photographs for marketing without separate permission.
Pricing And Exit
The enrollment offer controls the Beta price, discount duration, renewal price, included limits, support level, cancellation, export window, and Beta benefits. Either party may end Beta participation as permitted by the Terms.
