Acceptable Use And Content Policy

CoastPix is intended for lawful professional photography, gallery delivery, Studio websites, scheduling, contracts, commerce, communications, and related business operations.

Prohibited Content And Conduct

  • Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or content that sexualizes a minor.
  • Nonconsensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, hidden-camera material, or threats to publish intimate content.
  • Unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, hateful, violent, or threatening content or conduct.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, confidentiality, or other rights.
  • Malware, credential theft, phishing, spam, scraping, denial-of-service activity, unauthorized testing, or circumvention of access controls.
  • Unlawful discrimination, surveillance, stalking, doxxing, impersonation, or collection of personal data without authority.
  • Deceptive billing, prohibited goods, sanctions violations, money laundering, or evasion of provider rules.

Studio Responsibilities

The Studio is responsible for the legality of its Content and instructions, including copyright, model and property releases, parental or guardian authority, privacy and publicity rights, marketing consent, contract terms, product descriptions, taxes, accessibility of Studio-controlled content, and authorization to contact Clients.

Enforcement

CoastPix may investigate, preserve evidence, restrict access, remove or disable Content, suspend features, terminate accounts, notify affected people or providers, and report apparent unlawful activity when reasonably necessary. Emergency action may occur without advance notice. Where appropriate, CoastPix will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal.

CoastPix does not undertake a general duty to monitor all Content. Repeat or egregious violations may result in termination.

Report A Concern

Send reports to support@coastpix.com with the affected URL, a description of the concern, and reliable contact information. Reports involving immediate danger should also be directed to emergency services.
